well i think some of us shud write about the events we (phoenix) organised last yr.nd not in a formal way but a detailed as well as personal accnt of the events.also book reviews nd film reviews can be encouraged.but all my suggestions can come under articles category only.

I was definately expecting more ideas... By the way, this time the magazine's condition is super-bad..if u ppl dnt know that already..I NEED MORE ARTICLES...why don't u both submit something...? any article on any subject will do..Raghab-u cud write something about how to design a webpage..!! vivek- riddles(with solution) will do...:P...or abt "how great career launcher is"... Now, to the person who started this topic...(ideas for magazine)..That's a wonderful topic, dear Trisha.. 1)Interviews of famous ppl(not talking abt the useless err...people of our college..i am talking abt celebrities..)like writers, singers, actors, etc. 2)Along with each article, we could have small boxes with believe-it-or-nots and amazing facts.. 3)Reviews-yes.Book-i dunno which.Movies-I am sure Inception will be chosen and I think I know who should be allowed to write that article: Shubham da of ECE(He has gone crazy after seeing that movie)and Games-yes. ...unfamiliar mind games will be better. 4)Last year's events-I think a small description of the events with photos is enough..coz the details are given in this site and most of us were there. 5)I don't know...will think and will let you know later. Btw, this site logged me out becoz i took time to reply...is that normal, Raghab?

Does no one have any ideas? Looks like Everyones' brain has gone dormant. Okay, more ideas. 1)Polls(a friend gave me that idea) 2)We have some great photographers in our college. Srinjoy, Sayanda...we could ask them to give us some of their best pics...they could also tell us something about photography....infact, the front page could be a collage of the photos..won't that look nice? 3)Jokes-not in one particular page, but scattered here and there. Raghab and Vivek-I am serious. Write something.

See, you people got to understand one thing..It's not important to write about something that is foreign to you..You might have superior knowledge in something that others don't know...I could write about Astrology, Iching, tarot cards, runes, without any research or hard work..and it would hardly take an hour to accomplish that...(though i am sure nobody else is interested in the occult)....so, that's what you could do..write about something that is well known to you...and what others probably don't know that well...

Though, we have decided to include any article on any topic, articles with scientific basis are always preferred....like i mentioned before, any article on any topic that you have more knowledge of, than the rest of us, will do...it all depends on what you like and are passionate about..

I had this thing going in my head for many days, but forgot to mention it...all of us have done language lab project, remember? if we could somehow condense what we did, into one page, then that itself would become an article...in that case, just think, how many articles we would end up getting..
